Neelo D/o Nishan W/o Abdul Rehman by caste Pathan and upon hearing Mr.Abdul Ahad Burio , Counsel for the applicant/accused and Mr. Jameel Ahmed Memon, APG for the state, and this Court grant bail of the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- accused (in words rupees Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety, which is accepted today.
