Whereas, The below named accused was sent to your custody, the case of below named accused was ordered to be kept on abeyance ,Vide Order dated: 27-02-2024 passed by this Court subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:300,000/= ( three lac). Applicant/ accused submitted an application for reduction of surety amount and same was reduced in to 2,50,000/=m( two lac fifty thousands), Vide Order Dated:13-03-2024, The Said accused have furnished the required surety before this Court , which is accepted by this Court.
