Whereas Applicant/ Accused has made Bail Application u/s 497 CR Pc in above case crime for acceptance of surety of accused One Pirkash s/o Doongro Mal Suther,r/ o North Colony Mithi has stood surety on behalf of accused Champo s/o Hero by caste Menghwar r/o village Janjhiar Taluka Mithi in crime No: 20/2023 U/A 3/4 P.E.H.O of PS Chelhar , before this Court through learned counsel praying there in for accepted the surety, in the subject case and crime. After that this court has accepted surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000 /- with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this Court in the sum of Rs: 20,000 /- with P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required and authorized to release above subject noted accused forthwith (if he is not required in any other case) with directions to him to appear before this Court on 05-01-2024 @ 8:30 am without fail. The P.R bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of the accused and to return of the same to this court without fail, for record.
