Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 27.03.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Sikander son of Moula Bux by caste Brohi bearing Crl.B.A.No:03/2024 (S.C.No.378/2021) in Re- Sikander Brohi versus The State, for offence under sections 302,504,148,149 PPC bearing Crime No.53/2021 of P.S Miro Khan, in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (Five Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named aplicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
