Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 27.03.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Jawad @ Babloo @ Sajid Ali son of Allah Dino Brohi bearing Crl.B.A.No:377/2024 in Re- Jawad @ Babloo @ Sajid Brohi versus The State, for offence under sections 366-A,456,34 PPC bearing Crime No.12/2024 of P.S Waggan, in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (Five Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
