Whereas; the Advocate for applicant/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through his counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused, ADPP for State, has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 02.01.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) with P.R bond in the like amount.
