Whereas, this court has stopped the proceedings of the case under section 249 Cr.PC, wherein the accused Muhammad Yaseen Chandio son of Deen Muhammad, is ordered to be released subject to furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) in below mentioned case/crime. The required PR bond has been furnished by the accused along with his affidavit, same is accepted.
