The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, earlier the release letter of accused bearing No.1999/2025 of dated.05.11.2025 was being issued by this court on furnishing the solvent surety of Rs.50,000/- but the same surety was withdrawn. However, this court issued the letter bearing No.2028/2025 of dated.19.11.2025 to keep the accused in your prison for want of surety on behalf of accused. Now, the surety has appeared before this court and wants to stand surety of accused Suleman S/o Sher Khan Pathan @ Sherzaman Pathan in Crime No. 81/2025 of Police Station Bakrani U/Ss. 420, 506/2, 504 PPC and the same surety has been accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. The above-named accused should be bound down to be present before this court on 11.12.2025, at 08:30 A.M. Without fail.
