The accused named below has been convicted U/S 243 CrPC and sentenced in S.I for four months for the offence U/A 3 PEHO and so also imposed fine in sum of Rs.200/- and so also sentenced S.I for four months for the offence U/A 4 PEHO and so also imposed fine in sum of Rs.200/-. In case of failure to pay the fine amount, accused shall suffer S.I for 03 days more. After keeping in view the concept of law, the facts and circumstances of the case the present case fit where accused can be sent on probation, therefore, instead of sentencing the accused at once, the Probation Order is made by which the accused is sent on probation for said period subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and execution of required bond as provided under section 5 of the Probation of Offenders Ordinance, 1960.
