                     WHEREAS, applicant/accused namely Anwar Ali son of Ghulam Rasool by caste Shaikh,  has been admitted on bail vide order dated; 28.03.2024 in Crl. Bail application No.16/2024 Re- Anwar Ali Shaikh V/s The State, for offence under section 380, 457 PPC in Crime No. 55/2024, P.S PP Pakho P.S Kamber in the sum of Rs/- 30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished which has been accepted by this court.

                      You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime after taking his/their P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from accused be sent to this Court and accused should be bound down to appear before this Court on 09.04.2024 at 08:30 am without fail.
