Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused filed Cr. Bail Application NO D-81 of 202 5 before Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana which was allo wed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One hundred thousand rupees only) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated:04.11.2025, as accused has furnished required surety, which is accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime with direction to below named accused to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz:.18.12.2025 at 8.30 am. The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court on or before the date of hearing without fail.
