SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ALLAH DITTA S/O AKBAR ALI IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.S-1397/2025, (ALLAH DITTA  VERSUS   THE STATE) IN ARISING OUT OF CRIME NO.41/2025 OF P/STATION FIA CRIME CIRCLE, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 462-I PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused ALLAH DITTA S/O AKBAR ALI and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad Hashim Laghari, learned Advocate for the applicant/accused and Ms.Safa Hisbani, A.P.G for the State, Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(rupees one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide Order dated 04.12.2025 received under endorsement No.Cr.Bail Appln. No. S-1397/2025 No.11990 dated 05.12.2025 duly verified vide letter No.12010 dated 06.12.2025 of Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one   SAGHEER ABBAS KHAN S/O SHER ABBAS KHAN has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release the said accused ALLAH DITTA S/O AKBAR ALI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(rupees one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before this  Court on the date of hearing viz.13.12.2025 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
