SUBJECT:- RELEASE LETTER.
Whereas, this Court vide order dated.08.12.2025 has ordered to keep the above mentioned case of accused Noor Muhammad S/o Ghulam Rasool Panhwar in abeyance till appearance of material P.Ws. It has been further ordered that the accused shall be released subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of rupees Rs. 50,000/- to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Noor Muhammad S/o Ghulam Rasool Panhwar after obtaining PR Bond from him in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in the aforementioned case/crime, if he is not required in any other case/crime and submit such PR bond be sent to this court.
