The BA No.1855/2025 granted by Honourable I-Additional Sessions Judge, Ghotki has granted bail to above named in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. One deponent namely Muhammad Essa s/o Kouro by caste Mahar, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before this court on 15.12.2025 at 08:30 AM.
