Abdul Rehman s/o Haleem Sahto (10).Mashooque s/o Allah Yar Mirbahar, whom you hold into your jail custody under the conviction warrant of Learned Civil Judge and J.M (CPC) Ghotki vide his office Letter J.M CPC/No.822/2025 Dated 04.12.2025 and the appellants/accused have preferred the appeal before this Court and this Court has passed the judgment dated 10.12.2025 as follows;-
Accordingly, present appeal “Criminal Appeal No.33/2025” is allowed, the judgment dated 04-12-2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (CPC), Ghotki in Criminal Case No.707/2023 is set aside, as a result appellants Shahnawaz, Abdul Sami, Ali Gul, Muhammad Sadiq, Ubedullah, Ali Akbar, Ali Khan, Ghulam Muhammad, Abdul Rehman and Mashooque are acquitted of the charge under Section 26, Forest Act, 1927. They shall be released forthwith, if not required in any other custody case.
