Whereas, the accused above named was arrested on 01-09-2025 and remanded to prison custody on 01-09-2025 where he is confined till to-date. Today the accused pleaded guilty hence this Court has convicted the accused namely Ghulam Yasin son of Deedar Hussain Lanjwani, under section 243 CrPC to suffer sentence of imprisonment for the period of 3 months and 11 days, which he has already undergone in the prison. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to him.
You are therefore, directed to serve out the above sentence to accused who is confined under your prison under intimation to this court. Accused produced in custody, now remanded back with conviction warrant.
