P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/ accused Atta Muhammad has been granted vide order dated 09-12-2025 in Crl. Bail Application No.S-303 OF 2025 ( Atta Muhammad Versus The State) to the above named Applicant/ accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:300,000/- /-( Three Lac Rupees only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
