Whereas the below named Applicant / accused has moved Criminal Bail Appln: U/s 497 Cr. P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicants/ accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 15-12-2025 in Crl. Bail Application No.S-44 OF 2025 ( Salamat Ali Lakho & another Versus The State) to the above named Applicants/ accused subject to their furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:500,000/- /-( Five Lac Rupees only) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
And whereas the below named applicants/ accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs:500,000/- /-( Five Lac Rupees only) for each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after causing their P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 500,000/ only each, without fail for their appearance on the date of hearing viz. -12-2025, at 8.30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record.
