Whereas, accused namely, Abdul Basheer son of Abdul Sattar by caste Pathan is confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this Court has granted bail of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR Bond in the like amount. Deponent namely Ghulam Sarwar son of Abdul Ghani by caste Arain r/o Mohulla Anwarabad Town, taluka and District Ghotki has stood surety for accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- only for accused & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the sum of Rs:50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousands) only for his appearance before learned trial court as and when required by the Court.
