SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1453/2025 REG. MUHAMMAD MUREED @ MUREED AND OTHERS U/S 324, 353, 216, 147, 148, 149 PPC & 23(I)(A)-25-SINDH ARMS ACT-2013 CRIME NO. 82/2025 PS DAKHAN. 

                        Whereas the applicant of accused 1. Muhammad Mureed @ Muhammad Mureed s/o Huzoor Bux @ Huzoor Bux Jatoi 2. Brohi s/o Durani 3. Ali Gul s/o Chutto Jatoi 4. Meeran Bux s/o Muhammad Suleman @ Suleman Jatoi 5. Mukhtiar Ali @ Mukhtiar s/o Sanwal @ Sanwal Jatoi 6. Pathan s/o Hadi Bux Jatoi 7. Muhammad Nawaz s/o Ashique Ali @ Ashique Jatoi, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 324, 353, 216, 147, 148, 149 PPC & 23(i)(a)-25-Sindh Arms Act-2013 and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousands each) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                                    You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousands each) for appearance before concerned court.
