SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MST.RUBINA BIBI W/O SAEED AHMED, RAJPUT IN SPL.BAIL APPLN.NO.294/2025, (MST.RUBINA BIBI VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.138/2025 OF P/STATION RAILWAY, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 6,9(1)(3)(a) OF CNS ACT.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MST.RUBINA BIBI W/O SAEED AHMED, RAJPUT and upon hearing Mr.Nadeem Shaikh, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, learned DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one MUHAMMAD UMAR S/O MUHAMMAD SHAFI has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MST.RUBINA BIBI W/O SAEED AHMED, RAJPUT from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
