Whereas, the applicants/accused have made bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court through the learned counsel, praying therein that for grant of bail on the subject case and crime, and after hearing the advocate for the applicant/accused and the learned ADPP for the state and perusal of the police papers, this court has granted the bail to the accused person in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with PR Bond in the like amount
Whereas, the above named applicant/accused have furnished required surety provisionally to the satisfaction of this Court in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with PR in the like amount.
You are therefore required and authorized to release the above-named accused person forthwith (if he is not required in any other case/crime), with a direction to appear before this Court on 31-12-2025 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
