Bail Application in Case No.228/2025, re Mumtaz Ali Umrani Versus The State, u/s 302, 201-PPC Crime No.08/2025 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and PR bond in the like amount. And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
