WHEREAS, UTP/accused 01-Liaquat Ali son of Nizamuddin by caste Khokhar, 02-Zahid Hussain son of Muhammad Saffar by caste Khokhar, have been acquitted u/s 245(1) Cr.P.C by this Court vide Judgment dated 19.12.2025, who was facing trial before this Court in Criminal Case No.130/2024 St/Vs Liaquat Khokhar and others offence under section 392,34 PPC, bearing Crime No. 73/2024 of Police Station Mirokhan.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release above named UTP/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime without fail.
