WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named appellants/Convictee has filed application u/s 426 Cr.P.C for releasing the appellants/convictee on bail in the above Criminal Appeal convicted in criminal case No. 56/2025 S/V Allahwarrayo and others, involved in the above case/crime and this court after hearing the advocate for appellants/Convictee and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/= (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
