The accused named Kamran Shaikh S/o Abdul Rehman Shaikh is hereby convicted under section 245(ii) Cr.P.C for the offence punishable under section 419 PPC is sentence to rigorous imprisonment for Eighteen 18 months and a fine of Rs. 25,000/-.
