Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Ali Raza son of Suhrab by caste Gadani upon hearing Mr.Ubedullah Kalwar, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr.Shuaib Ahmed Sommro, ADPP for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Amjad Ali son of Suhrab Gadani stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Ali Raza son of Suhrab by caste Gadani from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
