WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime Crime No.65/2025 of P.S Nagarparkar U/Ss 324,427,506 & 34 PPC and this Court after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees only) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees only) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other Court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees only) with direction to appear before trail Court without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this Court for record.
