You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime. Therefore, convict the accused Muhammad Kashif s/o. M. Mian Idress under Section 245(ii) Cr. PC, and award him imprisonment w.e.f 12-01-2024 till today i.e. 22-12-25 for committing offence of theft u/s 381-A and for retaining stolen property u/s 411 PPC. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to accused person. Accused is produced in judicial custody. He be returned back to Jail along with conviction warrant.
