          Whereas, a bail application under Section 497 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the applicant/accused named below through his counsel in the above-mentioned crime. After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/accused and the learned Assistant District Public Prosecutor (ADPP)  on behalf of the state, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-  (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each, with  a Personal Recognizance (P.R.) Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
