Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Khan Muhammad @ Khanoo S/o Muhammad Ramzan Shahani on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Forty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Nazeer Ahmed s/o Shah Muhammad Kumbhar R/o Piaro Station Taluka & District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Khan Muhammad @ Khanoo S/o Muhammad Ramzan Shahani from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.40,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 31-12-2025 at 8.30 a.m.
