SUBJECT:- RELEASE WRIT IN COMPLIANCE OF JUDGMENT PASSED BY HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF SINDH CIRCUIT COURT LARKANA IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. S-04 OF 2025 , RE- KEAHAR LASHARI VERSUS THE STATE.
WHEREAS, the accused Kehar son of Ali Hassan by caste Lashari was convicted under Section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C. by this Court vide judgment dated 23-01-2025 and was remanded to jail through conviction warrant No. 746/2025 dated 23-01-2025 and whereas, the accused Kehar son of Ali Hassan by caste Lashari filed Criminal Appeal No. S-04/2025, titled Kehar Lashari versus The State before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana which has been allowed vide Judgment dated 19-12-2025, whereby the impugned judgment has been set aside (copy of the judgment enclosed herewith).
You are, therefore, directed to release the accused namely Kehar son of Ali Hassan by caste Lashari in the above noted case/crime, in compliance with the Judgment passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana, if he is not required to be detained in any other case or crime.
