SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 84/2025 REGARDING BADSHAH U/S:  402, 399, 324, 353, 148, 149, 337-h2, PPC CRIME NO. 81/2025 PS NEW FOUJDARI  

                        Whereas the applicant of accused 1. Badshah son of Ghous Bux Sanjrani, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 402, 399, 324, 353, 148, 149, 337-h2, PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety namely Faheemda Khatoon wife of Ghous Bux Sanjrani in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                               You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) for appearance before concerned court.
