WHEREAS, the bail of applicant/accused namely Nisar Ahmed son of Mohammad Yousif by caste Soomro has been granted by this Court in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court vide order dated: 23-12-2025 in Crime No. 175/2025 for offence punishable under section 392 & 34-PPC of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot.
