Whereas, the above-named accused was convicted by the learned trial Court vide Criminal Case No.125 of 2025 (Re: State v. Ahsan Ali), arising out of Crime No.186 of 2024, under section 451/1 PPC of Police Station Jamshoro, and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for two (02) years and to pay a fine of Rs.40,000/-, and in default of payment of fine, to further undergo simple imprisonment for two (02) months.
Whereas, this Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the appellant/accused and the learned DDPP for the State, has been pleased to maintain the conviction but modify the sentence, and has ordered that the sentence of imprisonment be reduced to the period already undergone by the accused.
Therefore, you are hereby directed to release the accused namely Ahsan Ali S/o Muhammad Hassan Panhwar forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case.
