SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED FAISAL @ GANJI S/O PEER DAD KHAN, PATHAN IN SPL.BAIL APPLN.NO.309/2025, (FAISAL @ GANJI VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.234/2025 OF P/STATION HALI ROAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9(1)(3)(b) OF SINDH CNS ACT, 2024.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused FAISAL @ GANJI S/O PEER DAD KHAN, PATHAN and upon hearing            Mr.Raza Hyder Tareen, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, learned DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ALIF NAWAZ S/O PEER DAD KHAN, PATHAN has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused FAISAL @ GANJI S/O PEER DAD KHAN, PATHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.29.12.2025 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
