Whereas, a bail application under Section 497 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the applicant/accused named below through his counsel in the above-mentioned crime. After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/accused and the learned Assistant District Public Prosecutor (ADPP) on behalf of the state, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only), with a Personal Recognizance (P.R.) Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated: 03-09-2024.
And whereas, accused moved application through yours office for reduce of surety, which was subsequently allowed vide order dated 22-12-2025 and surety amount was reduced RS: 100,000/-.
