Whereas the accused named herein has, by order of this Court passed today, been granted release on bail upon furnishing the requisite bail bond/surety bond, and whereas the said bond has been duly furnished and accepted by this Court;
You are hereby directed to have the Personal Recognizance (PR) Bond duly executed by the accused, with instructions to the accused to remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing or as and when directed thereafter.
You are further directed to release the aforesaid accused from judicial custody forthwith, provided he is not required to be detained in connection with any other case.
