Whereas, the applicant/accused named above had filed a bail application u/s 497 Cr.PC before this court through their advocate, Mr. Anchala Ram, seeking bail after arrest. After hearing the I/C ADPP for the state and the counsel for the applicant/accused, bail after arrest was granted to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs: 30,00/-, subject to the furnishing of surety to the satisfaction of this court, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the above-named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety for the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs: 30,000/-, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above-named accused forthwith (if he is not required in any other custody case), with the direction to appear before this court on 04.01.2026 at 8:30 A.M. without fail. The P.R bond of the accused, after obtaining their signatures/LTI, may be sent to this court for record without fail.
