WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.04/2025 U/S 376, 506, 34 PPC R/W 3 TIP Act 2018 PS Danodhandal and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing their P.R bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousands) each with direction to appear before this Court on 13-01-2026 @ 8:30 A.M, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signature within two days to this court for record.
