Whereas the learned counsel for applicants/accused has made an application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, praying therein that for grant of bail in the subject case/ crime and after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused, learned ADPP for the state and perused the police papers. This court has granted the bail subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each along with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished required solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each along with P.R bond in the like amount before this court.
You are therefore, required and authorized to release above subject noted accused persons forthwith (if they are not required in any other case/crime) with direction to appear before this court on 10-01-2026 at 8:30 A.M without fail. P.R bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTIs of the accused pesons and be returned the same to this court without fail, for record.
