Whereas, learned counsel for below named accused has filed Bail application before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana. After hearing the advocate for accused and state counsel the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana has granted the bail to applicants/ accused 01- Ibrahim son of Mumtaz Ali, 02- Abbas Ali son of Muhib Ali, 03- Azam son of Muhib Ali and 04- Akram Ali son of Mukhtiar Hussain all by caste Gorar subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (One Hundred Thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
The required Surety has been furnished before this court on behalf of below named applicants/accused to the satisfaction of this court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicants/accused from your jail custody at once, in the subject case/crime, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime and also such PR bond obtained from applicant/ accused same copy be sent to this court for office record.
