Whereas the applicant of accused Israr s/o Ayoub Jafri, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 337-H(ii), 114, 148, 149 PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety namely Dodo Khan s/o Muhammad Siddaque Jafri in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac only) for appearance before concerned court.
