WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.25/2025 U/S 9 (1), 3 (c), The Sindh Control of Narcotics Substance Act 2024 PS Kheensar and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount.
