Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM-III Khairpur, in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Abdul Waheed Samtio for the said applicant/accused and DPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
