  WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named both applicants/accused has filed application bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in crime No.26/2025, under sections 324,147,148,149,504,114,PPC of Police Station and this Court after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees only each) with P.R bond in the like amount.
  And whereas the above named applicants/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees only) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
  You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other Court, after causing their P.R bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees only) each with direction to appear before trail Court without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signatures within two days to this Court for record.
