SUBJECT:        RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 02/2026 REGARDING: FAIZ MUHAMMAD MAHAR U/S 460, 454, 302, 395 PPC CRIME NO. 57/2023 P.S RUSTAM. 

                        Whereas the applicant of accused Faiz Muhammad s/o Raza Muhammad Mahar, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 460, 454, 302, 395 PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety namely Anwar s/o Azizullah Mahar in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) for appearance before concerned court.
