Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused filed Cr. Bail Application NO D-95 of 2025 before Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana which was allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( ONE LAC ) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 01.01.2026 as accused has furnished required surety, which is accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime with direction to below named accused to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz: 27.01.2026 at 8.30 am. The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court on or before the date of hearing without fail.
