                Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Sayed Nawab Ali Shah S/o Sayed Sabit Ali Shah on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.

                And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Bibi Mukhtiar Begum W/o Sayet Sabit Ali Shah R/o Muhalla Jokhia Taluka K.N Shah District Dadu.

                You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Sayed Nawab Ali Shah S/o Sayed Sabit Ali Shah from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend the trial Court.
