Whereas, the criminal bail application U/S; 497-Cr.P.C of above named is already granted by this Court in the above-mentioned case/crime and above-named applicant/accused is remanded to custody for want of surety in S.C 363 of 2025 The State Vs Asif Ali in above mentioned crime. Today the required fresh surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above-named accused person in the above-mentioned case/crime, if, he is not required in any other case. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining signature/LTI of applicant/accused.
